Here is the relevant exerpt from the letter
from Harold Kautz-Vella in which he says they have been doing only
vertical draws recently, since I pointed out they were shifting air
masses north or south by drawing from those directions, and causing
trouble in Europe by doing so. He apparently thought they were doing
what I would have advised them to do by doing only vertical draws, but
he still says nothing about doing DOR removal operations, which is what I
would have actually advised them if they had asked me.
I would also have suggested they should be working from the right location, at the place where the DOR barrier is that causes the desert, not right in the center of the desert. That is what Reich found in Arizona. He worked for months in Tucson with little results, then moved the cloudbuster to Jacumba, right under the barrier, and that was when he finally got results.
The barrier obstructing inflow of Atlantic moisture into North Africa is over the Canary Islands, and if I was going to try greening the Sahara, that is where I would want to start from. But I would also want to work on the Indian Ocean island of Socotra, where the navigation charts for pilots show a 9 degree compass deviation caused by the degausing of the earths' magnetic field at that point by the discharge of a cosmic lightning bolt triggered by the close proximity of Phaeton, the giant meteor that ended the Climatic Optimun around 5,360 years ago. That barrier would also have to be weakened to allow the energy streaming in from the west to have someplace to go.
But the Agerian project is being done at an oasis in the interior of Algeria because that is where Madjid's wife's family is from and he was visiting there when he was told by God to do a cloudbusting project there. In my opinion, God should have known better. If I ever am elected god, I will do a better job than the present god does.
For one thing, I would have a better idea of how that atmosphere works and would not suggest doing a project in the wrong place just because my earthly servant happens to have in-laws who live there. And for another thing, if I was a god, I would not choose someone to do my work who offered me burning cow manure.
We personally had discussions about ecology a while ago and agreed
that the only reasonable approach is to use the cloud buster localy,
no pulling from any direction, not north, not west, not south, not
east, just clearing up the athmonshere locally. Just straight to to zenith.
How can you say we didn't consult a professional when you
yourself who obviously knows everything better that any other living
being on earth was consulted?
I kind of was happy somebody out there warns amateurs not to mess
around with climate, please do your homework and be carefull not to
turn into a grumpy old man.
With best regards
