In the last few decades, actually beginning in 1945, at the start of the Atomic Age, there has been an increase in the amount and / or frequency of high-altitude thin cloud cover. Such high thin clouds now often fill the entire sky and sometimes for days at a time.
This high thin haze was described in the 1950s by Reich in his account of his trip across America to Arizona. He attributed it to the atomic bomb testing program which at that time was setting off atomic bombs in the atmosphere on a weekly basis. According to Reich, the atmospheric energy continuum which underpins both the movement of the atmosphere and its' chemical composition, was being affected by the intense radioactivity from the bombs and the haze and stagnation was the result.
Reich found by his cloudbuster operations in Arizona that he was better able to remove this stagnated condition when he took his cloudbuster up into the mountains, where he could aim down at the cloud cover instead of aiming up at it from the valley floor. He was impressed enough by the advantage of elevation that when he returned to the East Coast, he consulted with an engineer from the Sikorsky helicopter company in Connecticut about the possibility of doing cloudbusting from a helicopter, but at the time, there was no helicopter capable of lifting a large enough tank of water to enable cloudbusting from the air.
After his death, during the Viet Nam war, larger helicopters were built, which could lift a tank of water weighing several tons, enough to connect a cloudbuster to. But by that time, the DOR-ceiling over most of the United States had risen too high for a helicopter to get above it. The average altitude of large area contiguous DOR over North America was around 5,000 ft ( 1524 meters ) in Reichs' time, and is now around 40,000 ft. ( 12,192 meters ), which happens to be about the usual altitude of commercial jet aircraft on long-haul flights.
The apparent cause of the increase in DOR and the increase in height and extent of the DOR ceiling, is the great amount of radioactivity from decades of nuclear bombs, nuclear reactors, re-processing of nuclear fuel rods, and other radioactive industrial processes, along with the large increase in electromagnetic equipment in use, including radar, microwave trasmissions, and high-voltage powerlines. Adding to the amount of DOR in the atmosphere are the reductions in the natural ability to re-mobilize DOR caused by deforestation, the damming of large rivers, and the denuding of large areas of the earths' surface by livestock grazing, agriculture, and urban sprawl.
The spread of DOR across the visible sky has therefore become almost contiguous, with very little natural, healthy sky still visible in many places for much of the time. This has not gone unnoticed by both meteorologists and the public. Not surprisingly, since so few people are aware of the findings of Reich and the developments that have followed in the field of orgonomy in more recent decades, there are theories that have been developed to explain the change in the amount of high thin cloud cover, and those theories are wide of the mark.
The common theory in meteorology holds that in order for a raindrop to form from water vapor in the atmosphere, there must first be a tinty particle of solid material for the vapor to condense around. This theory is called the "condensation nucleus" theory. According to it, each and every single raindrop must form around a solid particle, and if no particles are present, no raindrops can form.
It is this theory that forms the theoretical basis for the practice of "cloudseeding", which consists of releasing large amounts of tiny particles into the air, either from an aircraft or from a burrner on the ground, to provide the needed condensation nuclei for water vapor to condense on and form raindrops. Silver iodine is the prefered particlulate matter because it is considered the best size of crystal to condense water vapor.
The main theory proposed by meteorologists to explain the increase in thin, high-altitude cloud cover is that there has been an increase in visible clouds because of the ice crystals formed by the water vapor in the contrails of jet aircraft flying at those elevations.

There are several serious problems with this theory, however. Anyone who has ever watched as a cloudbuster fills the formerly clear sky with clouds can testify that clouds can form without any particulates for them to condense around. The cloudbuster does not put out any particulates of anything.
In fact, several meteorologists have told me that since the cloudbuster does not create any particles for water vapor to condense on, it could not possibly create clouds. In their view, I must be mistaken. I could not possibly have seen what I tell them I saw because the conensation nucleus theory requires a large number of tiny particles to be present in the air for condensation of water vapor into raindrops to take place.
So, instead of changing the theory to fit the eyewitness testimony, the "scientists" would rather refuse to accept the evidence because of their theory. Needless to say, since I was there and I know what I saw, and they were not there, and did not see it, I consider them, not I, to be mistaken.
But there is reason even for one unaware of cloudbusting to disbelieve the condensation nucleus theory. If you fly a small aircraft through a cloud, the windscreen will get wet. Fly out the other side of the cloud, and the water will soon evaporate, leaving it clean, not streaked with dust as it would be if the cloud was full of dust particles.
Hold a glass microscope slide in a rain, catch raindrops on it, and place the slide under the microscope. Do you see any tiny particles in the center of each raindrop? I did this and found no particles in most raindrops. So I am skeptical of the theory that every raindrop must have condensed around a particle of solid material in the atmosphere.
So for several good reasons, I consider the condensation nucleus theory to be wrong and the alternative, orgonomic, theory, that rain is formed by the merger of energy streams in the atmosphere, to be proven by the frequent observation that altering the energetic parameters of the atmospghere will cause clouds and rain to form.
And from that it follows that the theory of high-altitude thin cloud cover being formed by condensation on ice crystals from jet aircraft contrails is also wrong. What is being seen in the sky and taken for clouds of water condensing on ice crystals is really nothing of the kind. It is what Reich refered to as the "DOR ceilling".
And it is a haze, a stagnation of the atmospheric energy that can look "glaring" and "white" at a distance and under strong lighting conditions. It is caused by the dying of the planetary energy field due to continual assault by technologies that expose it to intense secondary energies, nuclear and electromagnetic, along with the reduction in the capacity of the earth to absorb and recover from such assaults.
It is therefore ironic that some people are refering to these high, thin sheets of DOR, which appear to be clouds, as "man-made clouds", which is certainly correct, but meaning it in a very different way. They are not thinking these clouds are caused by DOR, or that man is indeed creating them by his nuclear and electrical industries, augmented by his devastation of the natural recovery systems of the earth through bad land use practices. They are instead thinking these clouds are "man made" because they are being formed by the contrails from high-flying aircraft.
And, according to one of my correspondents, there have been some cases of people who have no idea what they are doing, thinking the DOR cover they see is created by aircraft contrails, are trying to disipate it with woefully inadequate home-made toy versions of the cloudbuster.
In their ignorance, they are making a bad situation worse by using poorly designed, poorly grounded equipment that will excite the atmosphere into an even greater state of chronic expansion, leading to intensifying and prolonging any drought tendencies that already exist in their areas.
A properly done, fully-funded cloudbusting program on a global scale could still reverse the decline in the atmospheric energy field and keep this planet habitable for a time, perhaps even long enough to bring the Atomic Age to an end. But poorly designed home-built equipment in the hands of hobbyists pointing it at the sky at random, without any co-operation between them and without any basic understanding of the energetic functioning of the atmosphere will only make things worse.
And they are bad enough already without any more cloudbuster-game players playing their silly games with the atmosphere.
