Cloudbusting in the hands of crazy fools is a very real and serious environmental issue and what I am trying to do is a form of environmental activism. If I disengage from trying to stop these maniacs, there is nobody else who would even try to stop them.
I have been acting as an investigative reporter, blowing the whistle on what is going on when extreme weather happens if it looks like a faulty cloudbusting operation caused it.
I do not write for the subjects of my writing to read me and get converted, since that is not going to happen. I write for the people who are on the fence, convinced cloudbusting works, or at least that it might, but not part of the enemy camp yet. People who might donate money to a cloudbusting project if they were asked, for example. I have had some success in getting some people to stop funding DeMeo, and I have learned some things about how to refine my tactics to get better results.
Ash is shaping up to be more of a menace than DeMeo, so he will be getting more of my attention in the near future.
My thinking his increasingly disorganized mental state could be at least partly caused by staying too close to a cloudbuster for too long is based on a long history and background of the idea in orgonomic circles. The oranur experiment drove many of the people around Reich to quit their jobs and run away from it. They were brave enough in the face of a mere threat to their physical health, but when they started to impulsively act out their deepest repressed fears and desires, that was too much to handle. Reich called this effect of oranur The Days Of Revelation Effect. And nothing scared people more.
Some even think Reich himself went insane from exposure to oranur. They say his behavior became more and more irrational after the oranur experiment. There is no solid evidence for this, but I mention it to show that the idea of oranur exposure causing mental effects is not original with me, but has a long history in orgonomy.
Oranur acts as a huge over-charge, driving up to the surface and making manifest any latent or slight defect or tendency. In the case of physical illnesses that might not show symptoms for decades, it could cause a heart attack in a young person that otherwise would not happen for another 50 years. In the case of mental symptoms, a rigidly controlled person would sometimes lose control and act without thinking.
And a latent schizophrenic would suffer a break with reality and start acting in a way that fits the textbook description of that state.
Ash is evidently much impressed with Trevor Constable, a very mystical person who is heavily into Rudolph Steiner, among others. And the very close relationship between mysticism and schitzophrenia is described by Reich in Character Analysis. For Ash to be favorably impressed by Constable points to his own latent mysticism.
We know from the breakdown of Robert McCullough while cloudbusting in Tucson that cloudbusting can make a person draw too much orgone, especially the stale, toxic form called DOR, into his body. McCullough had a stroke at the age of 28 from the overcharge he got that way. But that reflects his own personal latent predisposition to a stroke, while a person with a latent tendency to mental breakdown instead would have that happen instead.
So if Ash being attracted to Constable`s mysticism indicates a latent tendency to schizophrenia, his acting the way he does, and his increasingly rambling and uncoordinated writings are an indication of orgonotic overcharge.
And the Reichian community, steeped in psychology as most of them are, should recognize it if I point it out to them.
I have been very involved in cloudbusting for over 40 years. I had tutoring in orgone biophysics from Dr. Eva Reich, the daughter of Wilhelm Reich, who invented the cloudbuster. In 1971, I did the first cloudbusting in Australia, from a base 20 miles north of Twoomba, in Queensland. So I think I can make a valid claim to some knowledge of the subject.
I have written extensively for many years about the dangers of improper cloudbusting. Ash is only the latest, and in my opinion, the most incompetent and irrational, of a long line of people who are attracted to cloudbusting for the wrong reasons. You can find some of my writings on this subject on my website, www.orgonomicecology.blogspot.com . I will send you others.
I had a lot of correspondence with Ash at one time, but he was taking advice from the wrong people, and he thinks he knows everything about everything and will not listen to any criticism. If you disagree with him, he gets violently enraged and incoherent, foaming at the mouth, making threats of physical violence or legal action, or whatever he happens to think of. He seems dangerously unstable. I will forward some of his rants to you so you can see for yourself that I am not exagerating.
My conclusion that the recent Queensland floods were triggered by someone cloudbusting in the area was based on my background knowledge of how the atmosphere responds to the stimulus applied by a cloudbuster or other orgone energy device, plus the videos posted on the internet by Ash showing his equipment and giving the dates of his use of it. In the past, I have been quite successful in detecting covert cloudbuster operations in both Europe and America by deduction from such data and this case was unusually obvious.
I am not against all cloudbusting. Indeed, according to Reich, and my own observations confirm this, the orgone energy of the atmosphere is rapidly deteriorating due to the use of nuclear energy and only proper use of the cloudbuster can reverse that serious condition, so cloudbusting is needed. But PROPER cloudbusting. Ignorant irresponsible playing around with a cloudbuster by someone like Ash, who is motivated mainly by the feeling of powerlessness that comes from living in the modern world and not having any control over his life, is not a good thing for the environment. I would like to see cloudbusting done the way it should be done, but that is a long way from the indiscriminate proliferation of cloudbusters that is going on now.
The increasing fascination with cloudbusters by untrained private persons who have learned about it via the internet, is fast becomming a major environmental menace.
The recent use of a cloudbuster in Queensland by Mr. Ash Palise is almost certainly the main reason for these floods and I have documented that and currently have an article in preparation which will be sent to you when it is published.
Ash Palise is an ignoramus who needs to be spanked. He thinks he has a right to tamper with the lives and livelihoods of the entire population of Queensland without the least training or education in this very complex field. There are several solid reasons for my accusations against him.
I have exposed several other incompetent, irresponsible bunglers who have committed major mass-homicides by playing around with cloudbusters, and some of those exposes can be found on my website, www.orgonomicecology.blogspot.com and I will be happy to respond to e-mails on the subject if anyone wants more detailed information.
Regarding my own qualifications in cloudbusting, I was the first to do cloudbusting in Australia, operating for 6 weeks from a base 20 miles north of Twoomba and for 2 weeks from a base in Esmeralda, in June and July, 1971. I received tutoring from the late Dr. Eva Reich, the daughter of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, who invented the cloudbuster. I have also been recognized as qualified in this field by Charles Kelly, a former Air Force weather forecaster who was a student of Wilhelm Reich and wrote the first book on the subject in 1961. .
I have written extensive highly critical articles about several people who have misused the cloudbuster. As a long-time environmental activist, I consider this a form of environmental activism, and it is because of that work on protecting the earth and it's inhabitants from cloudbuster-generated catastrophes that some of those people have written false and defamatory articles about me, such as the one referenced by Mr. Palise in his effort to distract attention from my criticisms of his actions and focus attention on his allegations about my personality and life-history instead. Anyone reading any such biographical slanders should keep in mind the obvious motives of their authors.
I am not in Australia, but there are many sites on the net where it is possible to see live pictures from space.
Reich and Bill Moise published several reports in the 50s in Reich's journal,C.OR.E., on their having successfully diverted hurricanes out to sea that had been predicted to hit the East Coast. Blasband published reports in the Journal of Orgonomy of his having done likewise in the late 60s and early 70s. So there is little room for doubt that a cloudbuster can divert a hurricane if the operation is begun early enough.
The method is to draw from the direction of the land, weakening the orgone potential inland, so the potential out to sea becomes relatively stronger. This attracts the storm out to sea, away from the weaker potential inland.
Since a cloudbuster works by altering the orgonomic potential in one part of the sky to make that in some other part of the sky relatively stronger, the same result would reasonably be expected from any other method of building up a relatively strong potential in one location compared to another location.
So if someone on shore had a device operating that excited the local orgone field into a higher state of activity, the storm would be attracted towards that device. Then, if some other factor also was at work, such as the normal vector of these types of storm, which is what you suggested, the ultimate vector of the storm would be about what the pictures from space are showing now, a compromise vector that, together with the normal path of such storms, indicates an unusual build-up of charge in South Queensland, where Ash, who has a device that can excite the local orgone field, happens to live.
This storm, as I write this, looks like it is being augmented by a foolish attempt to weaken it by someone in South Queensland pointing a cloudbuster at it. While it is often possible to divert a storm with a properly/designed cloudbuster operation, there is no case on record of anyone ever succeeding in weakening a full-blown hurricane by drawing from it.
Such a draw would be more likely to increase the strength of the storm since by the orgonomic potential, a very strong storm system would draw energy the other way, from the water the cloudbuster was grounded into, into the storm, via the cloudbuster.
I have seen this happen on a small scale. Once, when I was using a small DORbuster ( a miniature of the cloudbuster ) grounded into a bucket of water inside a small accumulator to experiment on breaking up jet aircraft contrails, I pointed it at a small, but apparently strongly/charged cloud. Instead of the cloud breaking up, it grew! There was more water in the cloud than in my bucket, so the draw went the other way, and the DORbuster acted as a conduit for the cloud to draw energy out of the bucket.
But some people do not know that. And if someone draws from a strong storm system, the likely result would be to greatly strengthen the storm, which is what seems to have happened in this case.
A Mr. Ash Palise, who happens to live in Queensland, has been engaged in cloudbusting operations lately and judging from the incredible level of stupidity involved, this looks like his work. Investigations to confirm this suspicion continue. ( Note: His operating at that time has since been confirmed in an e-mail from David Wells, the leader of the Weather Rangers, to which group Mr. Palise belongs. )
Please forward this message to everyone on your list. The people of Australia need to be warned about this incompetent individual monkeying with their weather..
You may not have seen the entire correspondence on the subject, so you might not know exactly what evidence I presented. I did say why I drew the conclusions I did, but there have been many more letters going back and forth on this topic than the ones you have seen.
The fact that Ash operated AFTER the rain started was inadvertently confirmed by an e-mail to me from his friend and mentor, Jamie Ogg. That Ash has a cloudbuster, and therefore COULD have done it, is proven by a video he posted to several places on the internet.
That Ash was using a ''spider'' device, of the sort Trevor Constable used, is also shown in a video posted by him to several mailing lists. So there is no doubt he has access to the equipment with the capacity to do what I said he did.
All I did was put two and two together. He was, according to his own posts to some mailing listrs, using the 'spider' just before the rain started. He posted a video of it around that time. And then, according to Jamie, who is a friend of his whom he often consults on cloudbusting, he tried to stop the rain. Since it did not stop, but went on to become worse, I drew the obvious conclusion that he made it worse.
Jamie denies having been the one to advise Ash on this operation. I believe him. Jamie would have told Ash not to draw from too high an angle, since that can intensify and prolong rain. Jamie say someone else was advising Ash at the time of the attempt to stop the rain.
Another person Ash consults on such operations is a Ken Schwartz, who claims to have been a student of Constable, but according to Peter Lindemann, who worked closely with Constable for many years, is lying and was never trained by Constable. It was probably Ken Schwartz who was acting as Ash's adsvisor. His lack of expertise would explain why Ash was not warned not to draw from a high angle.
The sequence of events is clear, though the cause-and-effect relationship may not be so clear to someone who does not understand the way the atmosphere reacts to cloudbusting. So I gave my explanation for why I came to those conclusions.
My post to my own list, which you may have missed, said;
In a recent mocking and condescending e-mail to me, Jamie Ogg wrote"Blaming Ash for Australia floods is absurd. Actually Ash worked
to prevent the continuation of the floods with advice from others
in CB work more knowledgeable about weather than you. (and no joel
I was not the one giving him advice on that) Maybe we should blame
the Brazil floods on you."
I was not in Brazil, but Ash was in Queensland. And you have just confirmed that he did do cloudbusting in an effort to reduce the rainfall. Since he himself has already admitted he also did cloudbusting before the rains started, I now have the following sequence of events. First, Ash uses a dry excitation device, a so-called "Spider Unit", invented by Trevor Constable, to shift atmospheric potentials to get readings on his orgone field meter. He mistakenly thinks this device will not affect the weather, but the conditions are so highly charged that it adds enough extra excitation to the already over-stretched atmosphere that the atmosphere reacts with a strong contraction which causes a lot of rain.
Second, not realizing he himself caused the rain, he tries to stop it, asking advice from friends in America, most likely Ken Schwartz. His second intervention, using a properly grounded cloudbuster, draws from too high an angle, close to a vertical draw, and therefore adds to the contraction and makes the rain worse, but he does not realize that it was his attempt to stop the rain that made it worse.
Third, I figured out what was happening and when the topic came up on the Keelynet list, I send an off-list e-mail to Jerry Decker explaining my hypothesis on the subject. Jerry sent it to several of his contacts and one of them forwarded it to Ash. Ash responded with his usual barrage of vituperation and threats, which he sent copies of to several people including Jamie Ogg.
Jamie then wrote to me in a mocking, condescending tone, and included in his letter the line quoted above, confirming that Ash had done cloudbusting in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the rain.
The rest is deduced from a solid background knowledge of the orgone functioning of the atmosphere and how it reacts to cloudbusting.
Jamie says he was not the one Ash was taking technical advice from. I believe him. Jamie knows better than to do the things Ash did. If he had been the one advising Ash, the whole sequence of events would not have happened. But with Ken Schwartz advising Ash, it would be almost certain to happen. Schwartz claims to have been trained in cloudbusting by Trevor Constable. That is a lie. I contacted Peter Lindemann, who was a student of Constable for many years. He told me Schwartz was never a student of Constable and did not receive any training from him. He said Schwartz only interviewed Constable a couple of times for some articles he wrote for a website.
So this was a case of an untrained impostor advising Ash, and the result was a catastrophe. And now Ash is either in denial or trying to cover up his role in causing the disaster, but Jamie has accidentally revealed the fact that Ash did attempt to intervene and therefore confirmed my hypothesis.
According to a news item I just saw, there is a cyclone headed toward Queensland right now. I wonder if that means Ash Palise, the amateur whose tampering with the weather caused the disasterous heavy rains that flooded Queensland in the past few weeks, has been at it again.
That is not impossible. A storm is a strongly-charged orgonotic system. It will be attracted to an area of high charge. That is the principle upon which the cloudbuster can be used to steer a storm out to sea by building up an area of high charge in that direction.
If the local orgone charge becomes high enough, it would attract a storm system from out at sea towards the Queensland coast.
Ash has used a device that is not a water-grounded cloudbuster. It is called a ''spider unit'' and it is a non-grounded set of small orgone accumulators on spokes, rotating swiftly around. The fast motion through the atmospheric orgone field excites the atmosphere, causing certain changes in weather. Those changes can propagate to a considerable distance.
The rotation is driven by a small electric motor, which further excites the field of the device into a state that is toxic to persons near it. The symptoms of the toxicity can include mental disturbances in persons predisposed to such conditions. Mr. Palise has exhibited such symptoms in the past and judging from sdome recent e-mails I have received from him, they have recently been increasing, indicating that he may have been operating again.
If that is so, he will now have become the first person to cause 3 major catastrophes in so short a time. Most likely we shall never really know if he really did cause this new impending weather-related catastrophe because he refuses to admit to ever making any mistakes. But in this case, considering his recent track record, the circumstancial evidence is, like Thoreau's famous example of finding a trout in the milk, convincing enough to raise grave suspicions.
In response to the above, Australian Weather Ranger John Carter wrote:
''What a fuckwit you are.
The cyclone has been knocked down from Cat 5 to Cat 3 saving lives and property.
Obviously you would be disappointed by this.''My reply was:
The current on-line report from the Australian government says the storm is still as strong as it ever was and is forecast to weaken only slowly as it moves over land. Your claim that it has been weakened, presumably by your or Ash's intervention, is a bit premature.
Look, could we possibly have an adult conversation on scientific topics without resorting to name-calling and personal insults? There was nothing in my e-mail that you should take personal offense at.
And disappointed is not quite the word for what I would feel if I thought you were right. Fear is more the word. Because storms like this happen for only two reasons, and the less frightening of the two is that some idiot with a cloudbuster was playing around. The other possible reason for such a storm is that there was enough DOR around to provoke the atmosphere into such a strong reaction. And if that is the case, such storms will only become more common.
So instead of snapping at each other we should be trying to work together on finding out which explanation is correct. A lot more could depend on it than someone's ego.
