Cloudbuster Attacks On Planet Earth

Cloudbusting is a menace to the environment. Despite some claims to the contrary, cloudbusting is not a solution to environmental problems; it is a problem in itself, a destructive technology requiring a condemnatory response by the environmental movement.

Cloudbusting is not something new; it is already so comonplace as to be intolerable and an environmental movement to control this currently unregulated technology is needed to protect the public.

All over the world people are getting worried about what is happening to the climate. Each year, it seems, there are more and more extreme weather events of increasing severity and frequency. Records are being broken more often than ever before in recorded history. It is clear the climate of the entire world is becoming destabilized, less reliable, more random and chaotic, with droughts, floods, heat waves, and severe cold spells becoming the norm.

While there are several factors involved in this climatic breakdown, one seldom recognized major factor in this climate destabilization is the existence of a technological means to interfere with the natural movement of the atmosphere on a large scale. This device, called a cloudbuster, is simple and cheap enough to construct that in recent years hundreds of individuals all over the world, learning about it from instructions promiscuously posted on irresponsible websites, have taken it up as a backyard hobby.

Many of these individuals tend to be paranoid and delusional, and are using the cloudbuster as a sort of prop in a role-playing game, often imagining themselves to be fighting off hostile UFOs, resisting a secret government plot of some kind, or changing "bad" atmospheric energy into "good".

Many others claim they are "ending droughts", "making rain", or "doing research". They seem oblivious to the fact that the droughts they think they are ending resume as soon as they stop operating because the underlying cause of the drought has not been adressed. They fail to understand that the goal of proper cloudbusting is not to make rain, but to restore normal pulsation of the atmospheric energy so that, among other effects, rain will occur spontaneously as needed.

They ignore the rights of the people affected to be told what is being done to their environment and to have some say in the matter, and that subjecting people to a research program who have not given their informed consent is a human rights violation.

Some think they are "greening deserts", while in reality, they are subjecting the fragile dryland ecosystem to unusual stress from excessive rainfall in areas where all native life-forms are well-adapted to the prevailing conditions.

They usually have no idea of the scientific basis upon which the cloudbuster works, or fantasize, without evidence, that some wildly speculative theory of their own concoction is the better theory. Frequently they have little idea of what a cloudbuster is capable of, many of them, for example, thinking it only affects their local area.

As a result of these incompetent interventions in atmospheric dynamics, countless innocent victims have died and the environment has been seriously disturbed in numerous weather-related catastrophes.

Due to their paranoia they do not often communicate what they are doing to others working in the same field. Many of them, in fact, think they are the only ones doing anything with what they think is a somehow suppressed and secret invention. Many others are so arrogant they think nobody except themselves and their associates is able to conduct cloudbusting operations safely and properly, so they refuse to co-operate with those they deem "unqualified".

While there is certainly nothing secret or suppressed about the cloudbuster, it is regarded as crackpot by many of the scientific community, in large part because of the absurd fictions and folklore with which it has become surrounded. The fantastic legends of its' inventor, Wilhelm Reich, having been the victim of official persecution, or of some alleged conspiratorial plot, or having fought wars with beings from outer space, or having had meetings with Einstein, serve to distract attention from the serious issue of the menace of the cloudbuster he invented.

This large body of folklore functions to hide the reality of the cloudbuster as an effective, science-based tool and disguise it as a crackpot fantasy. It is perfectly right, in fact, the only rational response of anyone with even the slightest scientific education, to dismiss such a device as incapable of having any effect on the weather when it is presented wrapped in such packaging.

The failure to recognize the imput into the total atmospheric picture of this proliferation of crackpots playing around with cloudbusters means the scientists trying to understand the weather are misled into ignoring that a large portion of unusual weather events are being caused by this unsuspected form of technological intervention and instead think the climate changes now underway are being caused by some other factor, such as greenhouse effect from combustion products released into the atmosphere.

Any theory of what is happening with the weather and climate on this planet must take the social phenomena of a mass movement of cloudbuster hobbyists into account. And the environmental movement must mount an effective effort to counter this form of blatant interference with the atmosphere.

If and when cloudbusting is ever recognized by the scientific community as a science-based reality rather than a prop in a fantasy role-playing game, then it can be expected that official agencies will take over the job of protecting the public from improper use of the cloudbuster. But until then, it is up to concerned environmentalists to fill that role. Otherwise, until cloudbusting can be regulated, countless innocent victims will continue to die each year from cloudbuster-murder by crackpot Reichians.

And greenhouse gases from combustion will take the rap. The world is now facing serious economic problems at least partially caused by the mistaken belief that the atmospheric disorder caused by cloudbusting is due to a greenhouse effect instead, and numerous laws are in the process of being passed taxing or restricting fuel-burning activities in an effort to prevent weather disasters that are really being caused by cloudbusting and could only be prevented by restricting the use of cloudbusters.

Until effective regulation is in place, however, the few responsible people who are aware of the threat posed by cloudbusters must be ready and willing to take whatever action is needed to stop the use of cloudbusters in their home areas. Direct intervention by concerned citizens is often the only way to prevent serious harm to the earth and to the public, and this is one of those cases.

cloudbusting is now second only to nuclear power as the worst environmental
threat.

Cloudbuster proliferation has become a major environmental problem.

This re-establishment of natural self-regulation to the atmosphere when it has become damaged and stagnated is the goal of any properly-done cloudbusting project.

Unfortunately, many people fail to grasp this point. Anyone who uses terms like "weather engineering", "etheric engineering", "weather control", "rainmaking", and the like, does not understand this important factor in cloudbusting.

It is an unfortunate side-effect of cloudbusting that it can be misused to cause rain and can have other direct effects on the weather.

In recent years many environmentalists have expressed concern that the details of how to construct a cloudbuster are too easily available on the internet. There is a growing Orgonomic Ecology Movement that is concerned about unwanted consequences of cloudbuster interference in the weather and seeks to prevent cloudbuster proliferation and combat those individuals guilty of hubris who wish to intervene in the weather by this means.

The Orgonomic Ecology group exists to explore ways and means to stop the proliferation of cloudbusters and expose to public outrage the power-drunkards and control-freaks who are attacking our atmosphere with cloudbusters, however they may rationalize their destructiveness.

We will pull no punches. We will name names and fight back against the propaganda of the atmosphere abusers and their enablers.

We regard Atmosphere Abuse as similar to other, more personal, forms of abuse, such as abuse of children or animals. The psychology of the abuser is the same, and we intend to expose that pathology.

We seek to build an anti-cloudbuster movement that can bring to a halt the rapidly growing hobby of manipulating the weather by control-freaks who are unable to leave the natural world alone.

An Example To Follow

The article below, from the website of the Sea Shepherds, is included here because it illustrates perfectly the attitudes and values needed by a movement to protect the earth against renegade cloudbusting and sets out a perfect example of the type of campaign we, the anti-cloudbuster abuse movement, can and should be waging against the equally outrageous playing around with the atmosphere by every free-energy fanatic who happens to stumble upon a website giving information on how to make a cloudbuster and thinks it would be "cool" to control the weather.

It is not "cool". It is destruction of the atmosphere that sustains all life on earth, and the free-energy fanatics who think they have a right to do cloudbusting must be taught that they do not have any such right. The Japanese whalers once thought they had a right to kill whales, but they were wrong. The Sea Shepherds are teaching them that. So far, the whalers have lost many millions of yen in learning the lesson that the rest of the world will not just stand by and allow them to kill whales for fun and profit.

And the free-energy movement fanatics who think they can kill the atmosphere for amusement if they feel like it will have to learn that lesson also. There was once a time when whalers were unoposed in their deadly work. Today, there is an active movement to stop them and it is nearing success. It has cost them so much of their expected profits that they are starting to realize they will have to stop. This is a good example for the movement against reckless cloudbuster proliferation to emulate.

As other, older, environmental movements have started out small and grown as they succeeded in raising awareness of the evils being done by practices that once were accepted, so we too, can hope to someday free the atmosphere from the threat of human control by cloudbuster-wielding contrrol-freaks who have no respect for natural processes and no regard for the earth and it's inhabitants.

For, make no mistake, the irresponsible and ignorant people who like to play their games with cloudbusters are at heart the same as the killers who use exploding harpoons to "prove their masculinity". They have motives that are at root the same. And the way to stop them lies in adopting the tactics that have been used against other destroyers of the environment in the past.

Cloudbuster proliferation has become a major environmental problem. And an organization has long been needed to address that problem.

The cloudbuster is a very simple, easy to construct device that can be used to help restore a sick, damaged atmosphere to normal self-regulatory functioning. But a scalpal is a very simple device also. Anyone who sees one once will understand instantly how it is made. But to use it to heal instead of doing damage requires knowing the anatomy of the body you intend to operate on, not just having the scalpal. And to use a cloudbuster to heal the atmosphere instead of killing it requires knowing how the atmosphere functions, not just how to make a cloudbuster.

Unfortunately, many people fail to grasp this point. Anyone who uses terms like "weather engineering", "etheric engineering", "weather control", "rainmaking", and the like, does not understand the most important factor in cloudbusting, namely that the normally-functioning atmosphere is not a mere random collection of inert gases, but an organized system capable of regulating itself.

On some occasions, increasingly in recent decades due to increased pollution and radioactivity, this capability fails, and it is then that the cloudbuster can be properly used to restore the atmosphere to health and normal functioning.

It is an unfortunate side-effect of cloudbusting that it can be misused by psychopathic control-freaks to cause rain or otherwise affect the weather.

The Orgonomic Ecology Action Committee exists to explore ways and means to stop the proliferation of cloudbusters and expose to public outrage the evil-doers who are trying to destroy our atmosphere with cloudbusters.

We will pull no punches. We will name names and expose and criticize the atmosphere abusers and their enablers who attempt to greenwash their abusive and destructive behavior.

We regard Atmosphere Abuse as similiar at it's roots to other, more personal, forms of abuse, such as abuse of children or animals. The psychology of the abuser is the same, and we regard them in the same way we regard those who abuse children or animals.

That specifically includes those who attempt to justify their abuse by claiming it is "scientific research". Scientific research is no excuse for atrocities against either animals or the atmosphere and such bogus appologetics are nothing but a disguise for sadism and destructiveness.

We are seeking to build an anti-cloudbuster movement that can bring to a halt the rapidly growing hobby of fooling around with the weather by power-mad control-junkies who are unable to leave the natural atmosphere alone to regulate itself as it has done successfully for billions of years..

Whaling…it’s All About the Money!

When it comes to blatant propaganda-type reporting, even America’s Fox network pales in comparison to Japan’s Fuji TV. The latest piece of anti-Sea Shepherd reporting is more rant than news coverage with the news anchors making no pretense of objectivity. Fuji TV starts their piece by saying:

The anchors in the Fuji TV newsroom have no sympathy for the actions of Sea Shepherd. Yuko Ando finds Sea Shepherds to be childish and hypocritical, and wonders why Sea Shepherd is focusing on Japan instead of something like the Kangaroo hunts in Australia. They introduce a graph that shows how Sea Shepherd’s increased focus on Japanese whale and dolphin hunting has been very profitable. It is projected that Sea Shepherd may raise nearly 10 times more money this year than it did in 2004. If they want to keep making boatloads of money, they will probably need to continue attacking the Japanese.

Now we don’t really care what Yuko Ando the talking head has to say about Sea Shepherd, but she needs to do a little homework to see that we are the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society and not the Australian Outback Kangaroo Protection Society. The slaughter of kangaroos in Australia is obscene and if Japan wants to send people to Australia to protest the slaughter, I’ll send them a donation. But kangaroos are not marine animals, and Sea Shepherd was established to defend marine wildlife from plankton to whales.
Sea Shepherd also defends pilot whales in the Faeroes, Bluefin tuna in the Mediterranean, sharks and sea cucumbers in the Galapagos, in addition to numerous other projects involving nations including Norway, Denmark, Namibia, Canada, and Malta.
The point being is that some Japanese media are attempting to define the conservation work we do in a framework of anti-Japanese racism. Sea Shepherd is opposed to the operations not the operators. We oppose whaling, not just Japanese whalers, we oppose dolphin killing, not just Japanese dolphin killing. We have Japanese crewmembers and Japanese supporters. Fuji TV is simply catering to the right-wing nationalist movement in Japan with this rhetoric.
As for Sea Shepherd making money, this statement is completely silly. Sea Shepherd is a not-for-profit organization. The funds we raise reflect the support we receive for our campaigns, which means they originate from people opposed to the slaughter of whales and dolphins.
My understanding is that success in modern Japan is equated to making a profit. According to this criteria and Fuji TV, Sea Shepherd is successful and the whaling fleet is not. Now if Fuji TV is really concerned about the funds raised by Sea Shepherd to defend whales and dolphins, they should encourage the Japanese government to abolish the killing of whales and dolphins to deny the support received by Sea Shepherd.
The absence of killing whales and dolphins would of course mean fewer donations to Sea Shepherd and that is perfectly all right with Sea Shepherd. We have always been in business to put ourselves out of business. However more importantly, we are in the business of putting poachers out of business, and that means the illegal operations of the Japanese whaling fleet and the barbaric cruelty of the thugs in Taiji, Japan.
Earlier this year, a poll taken by the Japanese video sharing website Nico Nico Douga, indicated that 67% of respondents believed that Japan needs to promote whaling better, and only 9.1% believed whaling should end. Of 92,430 Japanese respondents, 84% called Sea Shepherd tactics unacceptable, and only 5.5% supported them.
Greenpeace reported that the polled support for whaling was disheartening because of their campaign to win the hearts and minds of the Japanese public to oppose whaling. Well Sea Shepherd Conservation Society is not disheartened at all. Hey, we got 5.5% and that’s very good! Every single social revolution in history has succeeded by getting 7% and that is the tipping point. So in theory, we are only 1.5% away from that.
And in reality, we don’t care about such numbers. Sea Shepherd is not in the Southern Ocean to win the hearts and minds of the Japanese public. We are there to stop illegal Japanese whaling targeting endangered and protected whales in an established whale sanctuary in violation of a global moratorium and in contempt of an Australian Federal Court order.
And as in most battles, the deciding factor is not public opinion – it is plain and simple economics. The majority of Canadians oppose the seal hunt, but the Canadian government supports it. The majority of New Zealanders oppose compromise with the Japanese whalers, but the New Zealand government wants to compromise.
This is not about ethics and morality. Governments don’t care about ethics and morality. They care about the economy, and corporations care about profit and loss – that is their primary, and in most cases, their only concern.
Our objective with Sea Shepherd from the beginning was not to win the hearts and minds of the Japanese public. Our objective has been to sink the Japanese whaling fleet – economically. And we are doing just that. We have cut their kill quotas and their profits every year for the last five years. They are tens of millions of dollars in debt. Every year they return, they are weaker than the year before.
This year the Japanese whaling fleet seems to have lost their charts, their crew, or they simply cannot afford to leave Japan. It is viewed as a victory to Sea Shepherd that the Japanese whaling fleet is still in Japan on December 1st. This indicates that the whalers are in trouble, which usually means financial troubles, and Sea Shepherd is the cause of those financial troubles.
We are winning the whale wars and we will continue to hammer the Japanese whaling fleet and the dolphin-killers with profit loss strategies that will continue to financially cripple their cruel and illegal practices.
As for Fuji TV, they may say what they like and the people of Japan can have any opinion they wish. We are not down in the Southern Ocean or in Taiji to win their support or approval. Our clients are whales and dolphins. We represent the interests of the whales and dolphins. Our only concern is for the welfare of the whales and dolphins. If people are ignorant enough to eat mercury contaminated dolphin and whale meat, then that is not our concern. Our concern is the effect of mercury on the dolphins and whales themselves.
Greenpeace can continue to try and win the hearts and minds of the Japanese people and we wish them the best in that endeavor, but Sea Shepherd will continue to address the economics of the slaughter by negating profits and cutting kill quotas, where and when, as best we can, and with the resources available to us.
